Tall and athletic trying to gain subcutaneous belly fat. suggestions!

I have always been tall and athletic and will continue to exercise a lot. But I can also eat ALOT. With my partners blessings this holiday season I have tried to put on some weight. But I don’t want to give up biking skiing swimming climbing etc (I’m a passionate outdoorsman). Or ruin my health. I’m looking to gain 20-50 lbs of belly fat or more. Subcutaneous from what I gather is healthier. Any suggestions on putting subcutaneous fat on my belly? Again. I’m already a big guy (6’3 210 lbs and can pretty handily eat 6-7000+ calories without trying too hard). Don’t want to break the bank either. Any help is appreciated! Have always been interested in gaining and have tried a few times but health fears have always held me back...
